LED lights require minimal power, are long-lasting, and do not require a warm-up period to function, so LED lights are quickly replacing UV lights for whitening procedures. 

Can sun exposure whiten teeth? 

No, the sun cannot whiten teeth. While sunlight can lighten your hair, it won't brighten your teeth. This means that no matter how bright you smile on a sunny day, your teeth won't turn white.
